Pregnancy Yoga

Sundays 10.00-11.15am or Saturdays 11.30 – 12.45pm

The Health and Wellness Hub, Albert Street, Motherwell

The antenatal sessions will prepare and empower you for a positive birth experience. You will learn tips for relaxation, breath work and carry out posture work that will help support, strengthen and prepare your body both through the changes it’s undergoing during pregnancy and the birth itself.

These sessions run in 6 week blocks which cost £48.

Spaces are limited to ensure you receive the individual attention and support you need during this prenatal stage.

I’m really enjoying the pregnancy yoga classes with Pamela, not only have the exercises been beneficial but each session offers advice on different areas that are useful to know for pregnancy, labour and post natal. One of the best parts is meeting with other mums to be that you can ask for advice or share your own experiences within a safe environment…questions you might normally feel embarrassed to ask! I am definitely planning on going along to the postnatal yoga classes when my wee one arrives”.
